Milepost1 SPAM Policy

Milepost1 has a strict policy against unsolicited email, or SPAM. We have taken several steps to ensure that the Milepost1 service is not used for SPAM. It is important for us to reiterate our policy.

It is against the Milepost1 Terms of Service to send unsolicited email to people advertising a Milepost1 list. If you do, we will delete the list and deactivate your account immediately. We will also pursue legal damages. There are acceptable ways to advertise your list, and SPAMMING people is not one of them.

If you are the victim of a SPAM advertising on a Milepost1 list, or purporting to be sent from Milepost1, please forward it to admin@Milepost1.com and we will take appropriate actions.
