Your Milepost1 listserver includes an email address with your lists name on it: 'listname@milepost1.com'. We can also host your domain for you or use email aliases so that your listserver address would include your domain: 'listname@yourdomain.com'. No direct support is available beyond the first 30 days. Free Level 2 Listserver administration includes 1-2 Customer contact people dealing with our support staff on technical issues. Customer will be fully responsible for managing the list(s) and handling bounces, but Milepost1 will support with technical questions (primarily via e-mail). $99/yr. Level 3 Milepost1 will generally handle all technical and administrative aspects of the management of the list, including the handling of delivery errors and making desired change requests. $199/yr.
