The following can be used to subscribe, unsubscribe, set options or review subscriber status on the Track mailing list.

You MUST subscribe to a list before you are able to perform any of the list specific commands. The defaults for the Set options are as follows:

• Digest is set to OFF
  
• Posting Acknowlegement is set to YES
